Im biased..... Oatmeal Raisin Cookies are my FAVORITE. This one is so chewy, so soft yet they have the tiniest hint of ginger from the ginger sugar sprinkle on top. Made with lots of spices and golden raisins, it's reminiscent of the holiday season all year long.
