  • Do you offer vegan baked goods?
    Yes! I have both traditional as well as vegan options (dairy-free/egg-free). Take a look at the treat descriptions for more information. If you have any other questions, please reach out through the Contact Me page or email me at
  • Do you offer gluten free baked goods?
    I do not offer gluten free options. My kitchen space is very limited and I don’t want to risk any cross contamination.
  • What if I have allergies?
    While I am careful to avoid allergen cross contamination, all products are prepared and/or baked in a home kitchen or shared commercial kitchen and may contain wheat, gluten, milk, soy, eggs, peanuts, and tree nuts, unless otherwise noted.
  • How long do your cookies stay fresh?
    Cookies keep in a sealed container or package on the counter for 3-7 days. They can also be refrigerated for up to 7 days. If you don't eat all your cookies within a week, they can be frozen in a sealed container for up to 3 months, and then thawed overnight on the counter or in the fridge when you ready to eat them. When you receive cookies that have been delivered it is best to keep them sealed at room temp for 1-2 days, in the fridge for 1-4 days or straight to the freezer for up to 3 months (due to the shipping process).
  • How long do your cakes stay fresh?
    The cakes should be kept covered or boxed in the refrigerator for 3-5 days after purchase. The cakes taste best near room temperature. Remove the cake from fridge and place on the counter for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  • Can your cookies be reheated?
    If you are looking to have cookies ‘fresh out of the oven’, I recommend reheating for no more than 10-15 seconds in the microwave at medium or low power setting. DO NOT RE-BAKE!
  • Do you offer returns or refunds?
    I do not offer refunds but always want you to be happy with your order. If you’re less than satisfied with your order, please reach out through the Contact Me page.
  • Do you offer exchanges for lost or damaged orders?
    I do not replace lost or damaged orders. All packages are shipped with insurance. If your order(s) is lost or damaged during shipping, you should contact USPS to file a claim. If you need some information on this, please reach out through the Contact Me page.
  • Help, I can’t find your email!
    Occasionally my response emails end up in junk mail, so be sure to check there if you don’t hear back from me!
  • Do you accept wholesale orders?
    Yes! Please write me via the Contact Me page and I will let you know what options I have available for wholesale orders.
  • What payment methods do you accept?

  • How do I order?
    You have two options! I ship cookies nationwide and orders can be placed on the Available to Ship page, select which cookies you would like, add them to cart and proceed with checkout. After that I will email you with an order confirmation then tracking information and you can look forward to receiving these delicious treats at your doorstep. If you are local to the Dayton, Ohio area there is also the option for pickup or delivery. Visit the Local Orders page to see the the options and fill out the Local Order Form and I will get in contact with with ASAP.   • Can I order a custom number of cookies?
    Shipped cookies are available in increments of 6 or 12 at a time. If you are local to the Dayton, Ohio area you are able to visit me at any of the local markets I vend at (2023 list to come) or make a specific request through the Local Order Form on the Local Orders page.
  • I'm local to Dayton, OH! Can I pickup my order?
    Yes, I offer local pickup! If you are in Dayton, Ohio and surrounding cities fill out the form on the Local Orders page. I will get in contact with you via email about the process and prices for a local pickup. If you have further questions feel free to email me at and I will get back to you.
  • What are my local options?
    Because the shipping and local options are very different, all local orders must be submitted through the Local Order Form on the Local Orders page. Please provide me with as much information as you’re able to about your treat needs and I will respond to you with more information including price, timing and pickup or delivery options.
  • When do you deliver?
    Delivery will be schedule with you and can be coordinated based upon when you need your treats.
  • Are you available for in person shopping?
    I will be present at several local events in the Dayton, OH area and will update them here! •First Sunday Eudora Market- Located at Eudora Brewing Co. on the First Sunday of the month from February-May. I'll be there from 12-3 and would love to see you there!
